The problem

The ongoing conflict has left millions of Yemenis without a means of supporting themselves or their families.

According to the United Nations Development Programme report, “If fighting continues through 2022, Yemen will rank the poorest country in the world, with 79 percent of the population living under the poverty line and 65 percent classified as extremely poor.”

Yemen works project will help create jobs for locals that can’t get their hands on equipments due to poverty. This project provides them with motorcycle taxis, sewing machines, and vendor carts so that they can make a living and take themselves out of poverty.
